We stayed there 4 nights. Super clean and spacious rooms, valet parking, sweet staff! Breakfast can be improved although you can have better options if you pay extra Thank you so much!
Came with our family for Independence Day festivities and stayed here for 3 nights while visiting SMA and it was awesome! The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet. Each had its own unique theme and decorations. The personnel were helpful and polite. The location can’t be beat … it’s about a 10 minute walk to the historic city center which is fine. The breakfast is simple but good. You can pay for “extra” items on the menu but most of the time we just enjoyed the regular fare included with the room. There are no espresso drinks but the coffee was hot and good. We would definitely stay here again. I read some old reviews about this place that were quite negative but we had a great experience. Some people just like to complain, I guess.
We stayed one night on our way to CDMX. Family of 5 stayed in family suite. Quiet location, close to all the sights. Breakfast included with several options. The check in and out process was easy. Comfortable beds with enough space for us. Good stay overall.
